We are currently searching for a Account Management sales professional with a proven track record in promoting internal fit out and finishings products, services and solutions that are technically biased and driven through top tier Architects, Specifiers and Consultants? Our client is a dynamic, market leading supplier and installer of glass partitioning solutions utilised in many of the major corporate office buildings throughout the UK.
Our client has been operating for over 25 years and turns over circa £30Mill+. They have developed a well established retained client base and continually service repeat business as well as winning new contracts in various sectors for corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Introducing our client’s full range of products and solutions to top tier Designers, Specifiers, Architects and End Users in London for UK and International projects.
• Demonstrating strong commercial acumen at all times

• Project tracking from inception to completion

Preferable Skills
• Highly motivated specification sales professional with experience dealing with interiors designers, architects, specifiers, end users in the corporate commercial fit out market.
• Experience with internal glazing/ glass partitioning/ internal finishings products for the commercial fit outs would be a bonus
• The ability to identify requirements and offer solutions.
• Broad understanding of construction processes
• Ability to present and influence senior decision-makers
• The ability to communicate at all levels and gain a total understanding of all requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills with a 'will do’ attitude
• Totally motivated, fully dedicated, ambitious and hungry to succeed and grow.

Construction Health & Safety Adviser
Our client is currently searching for a Health & Safety Adviser to oversee H&S functions within the business. They are an established repairs, fire protection and joinery contractor who undertake varied projects throughout the commercial, governmental, education, medical, local authority industries, working across the North and Midlands area.

The Health & Safety Adviser will provide ongoing health and safety support to site-based operations, including the production of construction phase health and safety plans, risk assessments and methods statements. Working closely with site management teams, technicians, and client safety teams, you will champion HSEQ initiatives monitoring site safety performance ensuring compliance with ISO45001 Safety, Quality and Environment Management systems, company policies and procedures.

Additionally, you will:
• Conduct frequent site visits providing health and safety guidance whilst supporting/encouraging good site safety practice.
• Prepare and provide advice on construction phase plans.
• Perform accident / incident reports and investigations, implementing preventative measures through continuous improvement to process and operating procedures.
• Support the company induction process rolling out training to new starters.
• Conduct regular refresher training sessions and maintaining accurate training records.
• Compile statistics and reports as part of monthly performance reviews.
• Organise and deliver health and safety meetings and training courses for employees.
• Liaise with group and relevant external health and safety authorities.
• Keep up to date with latest developments including legislative developments relating to health and safety at work.
