About the Client:

The client are a very established contractor, who have excellent connections to local house builders and large main contractors The bulk of their work is within groundworks, however they also get involved within rc frame, basements, piling and new roads 

About the Role:

• Cover all sites and ensure safety standards are being met
• Deliver training when and if required
• Deliver toolbox talks, and check RAMS
• Undertake site inspections and audits
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders
• Facilitate Health and Safety trainging

About the Candidate:

• 5+ yrs experience within groundworks
• Experienced working as a H&S Manager
• Capability of staff training is desirable
• IT literate
• Confident speaker
• Able to build rapport with site staff as well as clients
