About the Role:
- Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents
- Conduct cost analysis and prepare estimates
- Assist in the procurement of materials and services
- Provide support to the Quantity Surveyor in managing project costs
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost efficiency and accuracy
- Assist in the evaluation of subcontractor bids and proposals
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project costs
About the Candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cost estimation software
- Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines
- Full UK Drivers license & own reliable transport
