About the Role:

• Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents
• Conduct cost analysis and prepare estimates
• Assist in the procurement of materials and services
• Provide support to the Quantity Surveyor in managing project costs
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost efficiency and accuracy
• Assist in the evaluation of subcontractor bids and proposals
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to project costs

About the Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cost estimation software
• Ability to work well in a team environment and meet deadlines
• Full UK Drivers license & own reliable transport
