Job Title: Installation Engineer - Security Systems
Location: Sevenoaks area
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Installation Engineer to join our client's team, specialising in security systems installation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain CCTV systems and intruder alarms
- Work primarily with Pyronics alarm systems
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in security systems installation
- Strong expertise in CCTV and intruder alarm systems
- Knowledge of access control and fire alarms (advantageous)
- Ability to cover the entire Sevenoaks area
- Valid driving license
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Call-out bonus: £5,000 added to annual salary (1 in 8 rotation)
- Company van provided (work use only)
Additional Information:
- No formal qualifications required
- No overtime available

Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Systems based for PMO - Must be able to operate Project management and document control procedures through PC operating systems like MS Project etc.
• Set up prompt and detailed communication to both clients and in-house team
• Provide, anticipate and solve all project issues
• Liaise with our clients and management team on a regular basis
• Oversee procurement, cost analysis, and cost management
• Track project milestones and deliverables
• Site online management, including manpower, skills, suppliers and sub-contract resources
• Keep detailed track and digital records of each project
• Detailed project management planning, budgeting, timeline preparation and risk analysis
• Manage all aspects of site H&S
Skills & Experience:
• Prince 2 OR AMP Qualification
• Broad experience working within the Interiors Fit Out/Finishing market.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills both verbal and written.
• Time management skills and strong attention to detail
• A trade background is preferred
• Experience using Project Planning software – Asta, Powerproject, Primavera, Microsoft Projects
• Must be capable of running a team.
• Capable of reading drawings, solving problems, tracking costs
