We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and immerse themselves in a range of diverse projects!

Summary:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Systems based for PMO – Must be able to operate Project management and document control procedures through PC operating systems like MS Project etc.
  • Set up prompt and detailed communication to both clients and in-house team
  • Provide, anticipate and solve all project issues
  • Liaise with our clients and management team on a regular basis
  • Oversee procurement, cost analysis, and cost management
  • Track project milestones and deliverables
  • Site online management, including manpower, skills, suppliers and sub-contract resources
  • Keep detailed track and digital records of each project
  • Detailed project management planning, budgeting, timeline preparation and risk analysis
  • Manage all aspects of site H&S

Skills & Experience:

  • Prince 2 OR AMP Qualification
  • Broad experience working within the Interiors Fit Out/Finishing market.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Time management skills and strong attention to detail
  • A trade background is preferred
  • Experience using Project Planning software – Asta, Powerproject, Primavera, Microsoft Projects
  • Must be capable of running a team.
  • Capable of reading drawings, solving problems, tracking costs
