My client is seeking for an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee our clients projects based in London. The successful candidate will manage the project delivery team, working closely with the contracts manager and main contractor to ensure successful project completion.

About the Role:
Responsibilities include: leading a team, defining and communicating project objectives, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality. The ideal candidate will be mechanically or electrically biased, with a good understanding of both disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the site delivery team and ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain high standards of quality and report on project KPIs.
- Assist in the preparation of the construction programme and monitor progress.
- Ensure adequate resources are maintained within budgetary limits.
- Comply with health and safety and environmental requirements.
- Produce progress reports and attend site meetings.
- Implement site standard operating procedures and review construction drawings.
- Manage the design team/process to meet programme deadlines.
- Liaise with the commercial team on project costs and variations.
About the candidate:
- Should have a solid background in MEP systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Salary & Benefits:
CIS £300+ per day with expenses, negotiable based on experience.
