An industry leading contractor in the Architectural Finishings market requires a Revit Technician to oversee various commercial and project designs from their office in Croydon, with some flexibility of working from home.
The client is looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic individual who will be involved and invested in their various projects and their progress.

About the Role:
• Working from either one of the London site offices, hybrid or from the H/O in Kent, you will be following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings, Preparing both rough sketches and detailed Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.
• You will be communicating with technical designers & interior designers, incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
• Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the team, ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations. You will also be Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.

About the Candidate:
• Expert experience in technical details for products such as ceilings, architectural and structural glazing, glazed and metal claddings, balustrades, SFS and curtain walls, dry lining, RAF system, FR and NFR doors.
• Strong understanding of construction technology, structural engineering, building science and methodology of building in general.
• Strong 3D experience
• Expert in AutoCAD and Revit
• The ability to justify design changes.
• Strong team skills.
• Deadline-driven and committed to quality.
