The Role:

As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding their client base. Your primary focus will be on identifying and securing new business opportunities within the commercial property sector. With your expertise in office fit-outs, you will develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including property owners, facilities managers, and corporate real estate professionals.

Geographical areas to cover: Home counties around the North, South and West of the M25
Typical Project Values: £250K - £25k
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research and identify potential clients in the commercial property sector.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through effective networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
Collaborate with the design and project management teams to create tailored proposals and presentations for clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:

Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in the commercial property or office fit-out industry.
In-depth knowledge of the commercial property market, including an understanding of lease negotiations, building regulations, and space planning.
