About the Client

My client understands the diverse materials that makeup facades, including metal cladding, glass, powder-coated aluminium, render, bricks, and stone 

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Follow-Up Calls: Engage with leads and inquiries to ensure all potential customers are followed up and provided with the necessary information.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, managing records, and preparing reports.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and maintaining customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • As an Internal Sales Administrator you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales experience required.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
