Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Follow-Up Calls: Engage with leads and inquiries to ensure all potential customers are followed up and provided with the necessary information.
- Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks including data entry, managing records, and preparing reports.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and maintaining customer relationships.
Requirements:
- As an Internal Sales Administrator you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales experience required.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
