Leading electrical installations company based in Walsall is urgently looking for a Junior Electrical Estimator to join their team.
Company: Family run company (7 people in office, 10-15 in factory), they take on the work that they take alot of business on that the big companies have not delivered on (over promised and lost the business)
Role: Sales (can be BDM, ASM, Sales Rep), Hybrid/remote (if do the job)
Area: Wanting someone to take charge of either Birmingham or Manchester areas mainly for new business for now to build the areas. If i find a good person for London they will take them as well, it would be more account management and some new business cause area already established there.
Experience: in Formwork
Person: Takes charge, good at sales, takes responsibility, eager to progress so can build more teams.
Product: Slab and Wall Formwork
Sell to: Sub Contractors (taking the kits to the yard)
Salary: for now between 40-50K (for now, don't rule out 50-60K candidates if good), Car allowance and Bonus
