An Area Sales Manager is results-driven and experienced to oversee and expand sales operations from the West Midlands to Manchester regions. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a proven track record of driving sales growth and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the region.
  • As an Area Sales Manager you would build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and stakeholders in the construction industry.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 2 years experience in an Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager or Business Development position.
  • Experienced in Formwork.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable and results-oriented, with a passion for driving new business growth, accounts management and exceeding targets.
