Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify, approach, and secure new clients, as well as maintain and expand relationships with existing customers within the hospitality industry.
  • Territory Management: Focus on driving sales growth across London and the Home Counties through proactive engagement and face-to-face meetings with clients.
  • Consultative Sales Approach: Understand client needs and tailor bespoke furniture solutions to enhance their outdoor spaces, positioning our offerings as essential elements of their business success.
  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, identify new market opportunities, and provide insights to shape strategic sales initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Proven background in B2B sales, specifically within the hospitality furniture sector, targeting end users.
  • Network: Strong connections with decision-makers in hotels, restaurants, pubs, and bars.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach to sales.
  • Proactive Attitude: Self-starter, motivated, and driven to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Local Knowledge: Resides within  Home Counties region for efficient territory coverage.

What We Offer

  • Competitive Salary: Basic salary of £40,000 with on-target earnings between £60,000 and £70,000.
