Our client, a multi-disciplined Fit Out Contractor, is seeking a Commercially focussed Estimator within the Drylining, Raised Access Flooring, Partitions and Metal Ceilings markets to join their young and dynamic team.
About our Client

About the Role
• Submit complete bids and budgets by the allocated deadline
• Maintain close communication with subcontractors
• Review awarded tender drawings with Project team and highlight areas of concern
• Highlighting subcontractors and materials that require lead times for design and materials
• Prepare and maintains tenders using sub-contractor submissions, first principles, contract rates or Labour and Materials
• Prepare subcontractor bid packages and cost analysis for tenders
• Minimize exclusions to the tender by liaising with client and subcontractor
• Working well under pressure to meet tight deadlines, without compromising on detail
• Reading engineering, architects, design and build drawings to produce take offs.
About the Candidate
• At least 3 years of Estimating experience within the Commercial sector (Healthcare, Offices, Datacentres, Airports)
• Relevant degree preferred but not required
• Be a detail orientated self-starter with the ability to prioritise and work well within a team
• Possess a tech-savvy mindset and utilize programs efficiently
• Be self-motivated & punctual.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Manage multiple tasks and possess excellent follow up skills
• Possess analytical and problem-solving abilities

An established and growing company in the scaffolding market requires an Operations Manager to oversee commercial and operational functions on a range of projects across the London and South East region.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing ongoing projects for tier 1&2 clients in the construction sector, while being involved with commercial aspects, assisting with tender stages, managing costs for the projects and being responsible for the overall performance and progress of the division as a whole.
