Brief Outline
- An established and growing company in the scaffolding market requires an Operations Manager to oversee commercial and operational functions on a range of projects across the London and South East region.
- The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing ongoing projects for tier 1&2 clients in the construction sector, while being involved with commercial aspects, assisting with tender stages, managing costs for the projects and being responsible for the overall performance and progress of the division as a whole.

About the Role
- The Operations Manager will be accountable for the Operational, Safety and Financial delivery of projects.
- Report into Director level.
- To continue to grow the business, using their current and potential connections within the construction industry, demonstrating their experience and prowess in creating new business opportunities for the company.
- Managing costs for on-going projects and liaising with surveyors and the commercial team

- Previous experience in overseeing scaffolding contracts for main contractor and developer clients
- Experience in handling P&L
- Commercially aware
- Flexible self-starter with ability to prioritise
- Displays strong leadership skills
