Role Overview: The Specification Sales Team Member will play a pivotal role in meeting and exceeding sales targets through proactive engagement with specifiers. With a minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in the lighting industry, the ideal candidate will cultivate strong relationships with Lighting Designers, Interior Designers, Architects, and clients with significant art collections. This on-the-road position requires a confident, outgoing individual with exceptional organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Introduce and promote our Bespoke Lighting Products to secure specification sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a well-fed pipeline of potential clients.
  • Stay updated on product developments and industry technology.
  • Provide technical assistance and communicate effectively with internal teams.
  • Generate and manage quotations professionally.
  • Represent the company positively and professionally at all times.

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous 5 years experience in the lighting industry.
  • Experience in a high-end/luxury client-facing role is desirable.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
