Senior Quantity Surveyor – Fit-Out
Location: Gloucestershire
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time | Office-Based with Site Visits

We are working with a specialist fit-out contractor delivering high-quality fire walls, cold stores, clean rooms, and temperature-controlled environments across the UK. They are now looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team in Gloucestershire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cost control across multiple fit-out projects

• Oversee contracts, variations, and valuations

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance

• Handle collateral warranties and contract administration

• Support project delivery from pre-construction through to final account

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction or fit-out sector

• Strong understanding of commercial contracts and financial reporting

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work both independently and within a team

Salary & Benefits:
