Location: Southeast England (London/South East and Midlands)

Salary: Circa £50,000 + Commission + Company Car

Job Description: 

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be self-driven, hungry, and aggressive, with a strong track record of grabbing opportunities and driving sales. 

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with architects, specifiers, and distributors in the building services market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Southeast England region, focusing on the London/Southeast and Midlands areas.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with architects, specifiers, and distributors.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market developments.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the building services market.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven and proactive approach to sales.
  • Strong knowledge of piping solutions and the building services market.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
