Sales and Estimating Manager (Fire & Security Systems)
About The Role:
Our client is a leading provider of Communal IRS, Security, and Fire Protection Solutions in and around London. Seeking a talented Sales and Estimating Manager to join our team. Based out of our Head Office in Essex, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the construction phase estimation for Security Systems, Access Control, CCTV, with knowledge in IRS and fire being advantageous. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to lead a team of estimators and drive new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise in construction phase estimation to accurately assess project requirements for Security Systems, Access Control, CCTV, and potentially IRS and fire systems.
- Manage a team of estimators, ensuring tenders and quotes are prepared and delivered on time.
- Liaise with existing and potential clients to identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships.
- Develop strategic plans and meet sales targets.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in construction phase estimation for Security Systems, Access Control, CCTV, with knowledge in IRS and fire systems being an advantage.
- Proven track record of success in a similar role, with strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ambitious and driven individual with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary in the range of £50,000 to £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- Bonus/commission structure.
