Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets for interior fit out projects
- Conduct on-site measurements and take-offs
- Assist in the procurement of materials and subcontractors
- Prepare and submit progress claims and variations
- Assist in the preparation of final accounts
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Keep accurate records of all costs and quantities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Previous experience in quantity surveying, specifically within the interior fit out sector
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quantity surveying software
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
