Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Set up prompt and detailed communication to both clients and in-house team
- Provide, anticipate and solve all project issues
- Liaise with our clients and management team on a regular basis
- Oversee procurement, cost analysis, and cost management
- Track project milestones and deliverables
- Site online management, including manpower, skills, suppliers and sub-contract resources
- Keep detailed track and digital records of each project
- Detailed project management planning, budgeting, timeline preparation and risk analysis
- Manage all aspects of site H&S
Skills & Experience:
- Broad experience in the plastering, drylining, joinery, carpentry or steelworks sector
- Excellent leadership and communication skills both verbal and written
- Time management skills and strong attention to detail
- Must be a team leader with proven experience in managing and motivating project teams
- A trade background is preferred
- Must have well-disciplined MS Office skills and any Project Management software
- Must be capable of running a team
- Capable of reading drawings, solving problems, tracking costs
