Project Manager (Fire & Security Systems)

Company Overview: Our client is a leading provider of Communal IRS, Security, and Fire Protection Solutions in and around London. 

Role Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee the full project life cycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery within agreed parameters. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in project management methodologies and excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Lead project meetings and communicate regular updates to stakeholders.
• Negotiate and resolve project risks and issues both internally and externally.
• Maintain project initiation and management documents.
• Provide consistent resourcing requirements and ensure client satisfaction.

Knowledge/Experience Required:

• Detailed understanding of project management principles.
• Extensive experience in managing the full project life cycle.
• Relevant qualifications such as FIA/NSI/LPCB/C&G etc.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience with systems like CCTV/Access Control is a must.

General Requirements:

• 5 years of experience within the construction industry or Fire & Security systems.
• Clear record with zero criminal convictions and ability to pass CRB/DBS checks.
