About the Role:

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of architectural metalwork projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Lead and manage architectural metalwork projects from inception to completion, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with the client, design team, and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with the estimating and procurement teams to ensure timely and accurate procurement of materials, subcontractors, and equipment.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and identify potential risks or issues, implementing corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct regular site visits and inspections to oversee work progress, quality control, and safety compliance, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.
  • Manage project budgets, track project expenses, and prepare accurate financial forecasts and reports for senior management and clients.

About the Candidate 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience in project management, preferably in the construction or architectural metalwork industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and techniques, with specific knowledge of architectural metalwork preferred.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, with experience using scheduling software, cost management software, and collaboration platforms.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead cross-functional project teams and build positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate issues, develop solutions, and make informed decisions under pressure.
