Job Title: Plant Hire Sales Manager

Location: West Drayton, UK (Close to London and Home Counties)

Salary: £35,000 – £50,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Benefits

As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Hire Sales Manager to join their team.

Position Overview:

As a Plant Hire Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding their client base, fostering relationships, and driving revenue growth. Based near West Drayton, you will focus on serving clients in London and the home counties, ensuring they have access to the best plant hire solutions for their projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated region.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored plant hire solutions.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and optimal service for clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven track record in plant hire sales, with at least 3 years of experience.
• Existing base of connections within plant hire. 
• Strong understanding of the construction industry and plant equipment.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of the London and home counties market is a plus.
