Position Title: Office Furniture – Business Development Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the commercial interiors or office furniture industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the South of England.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the office interiors and fit-out market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
• Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows to promote our services.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the office furniture sector.
• Strong network of contacts within the commercial interiors market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid UK driving license.
