Job Description:
Seeking a Roofing and Cladding Contract Manager to oversee projects from start to finish. Manage contracts, coordinate teams, and ensure quality and safety standards are met. If you’re a leader with roofing and cladding expertise, we want you on our team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in contract management, project management, or construction management, with a focus on roofing and cladding projects.
- Strong knowledge of roofing and cladding systems, materials, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of construction contracts, legal requirements, and risk management principles.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam).
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., CSCS card, SMSTS, NEBOSH) are desirable.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
