About the Role:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to meet sales targets and enhance the company’s market position.
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to pinpoint and prioritize new business prospects.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Spearhead the creation of persuasive proposals and presentations aimed at securing new business opportunities.
- Partner closely with company Directors and estimators to craft competitive tenders, negotiate terms, and finalize favorable contracts.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions that align with client needs and boost customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify potential challenges and opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
About the Candidate:
- Demonstrated expertise in business development or sales, preferably within the repairs & maintenance or refurbishment sector. Experience in a B2B environment is a plus.
- Strong capabilities in strategic planning and analytical thinking, with a proven ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent skills in communication and negotiation, with a track record of building and maintaining relationships across various levels.
- Highly self-motivated and results-driven, with a genuine enthusiasm for driving business growth.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- Background in facilities management or construction services, with a solid understanding of relevant industry services, would be advantageous.
