Company Overview:
Our client, is a well-established installer of solar panel systems, with a strong focus on M&E and Renewable Services. Catering to both domestic and commercial clients in the South East of the UK.
Role Specification:
- Reporting Structure: The successful candidate will report directly to the director.
- Territory: Covering commercial solar sales in the South East and potentially beyond.
- Turnover: Solar segment is performing well and shows growth potential.
- Training: Product training is provided, and support for further education is available.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Background: Commercial solar sales experience is essential.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sales role.
- Location: Based in the South East.
- Traits: Dynamic, teamwork-oriented, motivated, and driven.
Salary & Package:
- Salary Range: £45,000 – £50,000 basic.
- O.T.E.: Commission on each project with a bonus structure.
- Benefits: Company car, mobile, optional health cover, and a hybrid home office setup.
