Position: Technical Sales Engineer – Underfloor Heating
Location: Midlands with travel to North, East Anglia, and North London
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 per annum + Bonuses

Our client is seeking a motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join their team, focusing on underfloor heating systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling the design, supply, and installation of underfloor heating to M&E contractors, developers, builders, merchants, and end-users. This role will involve regular travel, with 2-3 days spent on the road and monthly visits to our London office.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A background in technical sales, with experience selling into M&E contractors and/or developers.
- Field sales experience within plumbing & heating or related sectors (e.g., HVAC products, mechanical products, renewables, heating controls, commercial boilers, radiators, valves, etc).
- Knowledge and experience with underfloor heating systems.
- Self-motivation, confidence, resilience, drive, and ambition.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
