Senior Business Development Manager ‘s Roles/Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure large-scale solar projects
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders in large organizations
  • Lead tender preparation and submission, ensuring alignment with client requirements
  • Negotiate contracts, manage the sales cycle, and close high-value deals
  • Collaborate with technical and project teams to meet client needs
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and renewable energy policies

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in selling large-scale C&I solar projects
  • Expertise in tender writing and submissions
  • Experience managing and developing partnerships with introducing partners
  • Success in selling to large organizations and negotiating high-value contracts
  • Knowledge of funding options, including Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement
  • Familiarity with renewable energy policies, incentives, and market trends
