A well-known Flat Roofing and Cladding company is seeking an estimator with flat roofing experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Estimating: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for flat roofing projects, including materials, labor, and overhead costs.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess project requirements, gather necessary information, and identify potential challenges.
- Material Procurement: Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing and availability of roofing materials.
- Cost Analysis: Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to determine project scope and requirements.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide guidance on project estimates.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and opportunities associated with projects and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of estimates, bids, and project-related documents.

Salary: £25k-£65k Depending on experience
