About the Role:

The Quantity Surveyor will play a vital role in managing all costs related to their construction projects and be responsible for estimating, budgeting, cost control, and financial management throughout the project lifecycle.

• Accurately estimate costs for timber engineering projects.
• Develop and manage project budgets.
• Administer contracts and negotiate with subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs and implement cost control measures.
• Collaborate with teams to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
• Prepare financial reports and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.

About the Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Proven experience in quantity surveying, preferably in timber engineering.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in quantity surveying software and MS Office Suite.
• Knowledge of construction contracts and procurement methods.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
