Our client is a specialist within the roofing & cladding sector and is looking to take on a Quantity Surveyor who can hit the ground running.
They work on a national scale and have won various awards for the projects they have been involved with.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive surveys and inspections of buildings to identify and assess the condition of roofing & cladding systems.
- Evaluate the quantity and quality of roofing & cladding measures.
- Verify compliance with local, national, and international roofing codes and standards.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, deficiencies, and recommended corrective actions.
Requirements:
- HND or Equivalent
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex systems and identify deficiencies.
- Detail-oriented and thorough in conducting surveys and preparing reports.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using surveying tools, equipment, and software.
