• Cost planning 
• Sub-contractor procurement and management

About the Candidate

• At least 5 years’ experience within groundworks and rc frame 
• Degree or equivalent within quantity surveying 
• Experience managing commercial staff 
• Committed approach to work 
• Stable work history
