About the Role
- Preparation of tender submissions and contract documents for financial and commercial presentation
- Production and pricing of bills of quantity from drawings and specifications
- Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, assess compliance with project specifications, and address any issues that arise.
- Collaborate with project managers to implement effective risk management practices throughout the project
About the Candidate
- Experience in the demolition industry
- Excellent analytical skills are essential, as are numeracy, literacy, and communication skills in English
- Computer literacy in MS Office, Project
