About the Role 

• Preparation of tender submissions and contract documents for financial and commercial presentation 
• Production and pricing of bills of quantity from drawings and specifications 
• Conduct cost analysis and value engineering to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, assess compliance with project specifications, and address any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with project managers to implement effective risk management practices throughout the project

About the Candidate 

• Experience in the demolition industry 
• Excellent analytical skills are essential, as are numeracy, literacy, and communication skills in English 
• Computer literacy in MS Office, Project 
• Career driven
