About the Role
- Resolving commercial issue and contractual disputes
- Bill of quantities
- Financially managing scheme from inception to completion
- Risk management and cost control
- Report accurately to the Commercial Manager
- Liaise with client directly on and off site
About the Candidate
- At least 3yrs of quantity surveying experience
- Knowledge of the Asbestos industry
- Degree educated (or equivalent) within quantity surveying
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in working on-site
- Self-motivated and confident communicator
