A leading company specializing in the design & manufacture of bespoke timber framed homes, roof trusses & joists for both residential and commercial builds.

Due to continued growth in the timber engineering industry and our growing order book, we have an additional role within our Project manager for our Management team.

About the Role:

• On site liaison with the Principal Contractor
• Management of in house and subcontractor installation teams
• Ensure HSE performance on site
• Recorded quality inspections
• Recorded handovers

About the candidate

• Excellent people management skills
• General construction industry knowledge
• Strong organisational skills
• Good reporting and communication skills
• Computer literate * Commercial awareness
• Knowledge of timber frame construction and materials
• Relevant CSCS and SMSTS
• Knowledge of effective Health & Safety management and best practice

Preferred Qualification

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience required
