An industry leading company in the Partitioning market requires a Project Manager based in the Northwest to oversee various projects, largely in the commercial sector.
This is a full-time position working for a specialist contractor servicing Tier 1 main contractors and fit out clients, fitting glazed partitions, architectural glazing and associated systems predominantly in Cat A and Cat B fit out projects.
About the Role:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal teams.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Establish and maintain good relations with clients.
About the Candidate:
- Previous experience in a senior management role.
- Experience with overseeing multiple commercial projects.
