About the Role
Responsible for the delivery of projects on programme, on budget, and most importantly delivered safely
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure all works are carried out to comply with current Health & Safety Legislation
- Produce contract programmes from contract information and take ownership of the contract from conception to completion of the project ensuring that the programme is monitored accordingly
- Ensure that the project is delivered in line with budgetary forecasts.
- Plan and prepare detailed risk assessments and method statements
- Develop and maintain a professional working relationships with the client and the client’s team
- Prepare weekly progress reports for the client and Director
- Undertaking weekly health & safety audits and completing all statutory and organisational requirements
About the Candidate
- Hold a black card CCDO Demolition Manager/ CSCS Black Card qualification
- First Aid Certificate
- Fully conversation with Microsoft Office systems, excel, word, PowerPoint
- Experience in various demolition and enabling projects including top-down demolition, structural alterations, facade retention
