The company is well established demolition industry a varied retained client base and a strong pipeline of work of the next 2 years already secured.

About the Role

Responsible for the delivery of projects on programme,   on budget, and most importantly delivered safely

Main Responsibilities 

  • Ensure all works are carried out to comply with current Health & Safety Legislation 
  • Produce contract programmes from contract information and take ownership of the contract from conception to completion of the project ensuring that the programme is monitored accordingly 
  • Ensure that the project is delivered in line with budgetary forecasts. 
  • Plan and prepare detailed risk assessments and method statements 
  • Develop and maintain a professional working relationships with the client and the client’s team 
  • Prepare weekly progress reports for the client and Director  
  • Undertaking weekly health & safety audits and completing all statutory and organisational requirements 

About the Candidate

  • Hold a black card CCDO Demolition Manager/ CSCS Black Card qualification 
  • First Aid Certificate  
  • Fully conversation with Microsoft Office systems, excel, word, PowerPoint 
  • Experience in various demolition and enabling projects including top-down demolition, structural alterations, facade retention
