Industrial Mobile Service Engineer:

My client is seeking an experienced Industrial Mobile Service Engineers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for servicing and maintaining refrigeration systems and associated plant at customer sites throughout Midlands & South East England / Home Counties.

My client is a well-established, privately owned business specializing in industrial (NH3) & commercial refrigeration, service, maintenance, design, and installation, along with air conditioning and M&E services.

Ideal candidates will be located in or around the Midlands, Home Counties, or South East England areas. They should hold a City & Guilds Level 2/3 Refrigeration/Air Conditioning qualification, an ammonia safe handling certificate, and possess at least two years of relevant experience.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience in servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting refrigeration systems and associated components and plant, adhering to industry best practices.
• Refrigerant handling certification and ammonia safe handling training.
• Ability to fault-find and maintain both new and existing installations.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
• Full UK driving licence.
• UK residency/right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to travel and work throughout the UK and participate in the on-call rota.

Desirable Skills:

• Thorough understanding of electrical controls, SCADA, and RDM.
• Ability to commission and test both new and existing installations.
• IPAF certification for booms and scissor lifts.
• CSCS card.
