About the Opportunity:
Due to high project demand and our client striving for business growth, they’re looking to expand their estimating department within their Dry Lining division by bringing in a new addition to the team with a strategic plan to become a senior member of the business.
- Preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client
- Assisting in establishing a client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
- Performing risk and value management and cost control
- Able to read drawings and perform take offs
- Advising on procurement strategy
- Identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks
- Preparing and analysing costings for tenders
- Allocating work to subcontractors

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ sub-contractor experienced
- Degree qualified preferred
- Most importantly the candidate for this role must be trustworthy, reliable, conscientious, and keen to progress your career further
- You will also have to be a highly motivated individual and a strong team player
- A consistent employment record is essential with at least two years at each employer
