National Asbestos contractors are seeking a Estimator who has experience working on residential or commercial developments to join their head office team as they continue to expand.

 This candidate must have experience working for Asbestos subcontractors.

About the Client

The client is an established and successful Asbestos contractor, working for some of the largest residential developers in the country

About the Role

• Resolving commercial issue and contractual disputes
• Bill of quantities
• Financially managing scheme from inception to completion
• Risk management and cost control
• Report accurately to the Commercial Manager  
• Liaise with client directly on and off site

About the Candidate

• At least 3yrs of quantity surveying experience
• Knowledge of the Asbestos  industry
• Degree educated (or equivalent) within quantity surveying
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in working on-site
• Self-motivated and confident communicator
