About the Role
- Reporting to the Managing Director
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Manage multiple site at any one time
- Liaise with client on site and within progress meetings
- Deal with procurement and recruitment when necessary
- Programme plan and manage works
About the Candidate
- Hold a form of construction qualification at HND level or above
- At least 10 years of management experience in groundworks and rc frame
- Ambitious and career driven
- Looking for a stable and long term employer
- Able to work independently
