About the Role

• Report directly to Managing Director
• Ensure all site activity meets company standards
• Supervise works to ensure they meet specifications
• Develop strong relationships with clients
• Write RAMs, Programmes and be able to do valuations on projects
• Capable of managing multiple sites valued up to £5mil each

About the Candidate

• At least 7yrs experience in management roles in Groundworks
• Show initiative and good work ethic
• Team attitude
• Able to work independently with minimum downward pressure
• Able to visit multiple sites a day
• Strong relationship building ability
• Technically minded
