About the Role
- Responsibility for day to day management of allocated portfolio of projects.
- Sub-contract management
- Responsibility for ensuring projects are completed on a timely basis within budget.
- To liaise and maintain a good working relationship with Clients, other Surveyors, Project Managers and attend site meetings when needed.
- Ensure all projects adhere to health and safety regulations, and oversee the development of risk assessments and method statements.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients on the progress of projects, financial status, and any issues that arise.
About the Candidate
- Previous experience in demolition management across multiple sites
- Flexible self-starter with ability to prioritise
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- PC literate
- Commercially aware
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail in managing budgets, timelines, and contract compliance.
