My client is looking for Commercial Manager (Shopfitting) as a member of a team taking a fast-track retail or leisure fit out project from estimating stage through /sub-con procurement/cost management to final account settlement effectively taking total financial control of the project.

An industry leading contractor in the interior fit out market requires a Draughtsperson / Setter Out working on varied fit out and refurbishment projects across the UK.
The Draughtsperson will be responsible for overseeing technical drawing processes on a variety of commercial projects they are assigned to.
The client is looking for a hands-on, enthusiastic individual who will be involved and invested in the projects and their progress.

About the Role
• Our client is looking for a Draughtsperson who will be able to support the wider design and operations team using AutoCAD and associated software to develop high quality drawings and plans.
• Converting designer drawings / schemes into full working manufacture drawings
• You will be working to a high level of accuracy and quality whilst being able to multi-task and step-up to support the rest of the team.
About the Candidate
• As a Draughtsperson, you will have experience of and fit out drawings using AutoCAD and similar packages.
• Experience of creating high quality drawings/ 3D renders and plans to ensure a smooth fit-out process.
• Flexible self-starter with ability to prioritise
• Displays strong leadership skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• PC literate
• Commercially aware
