About the Role 

• The successful candidate will work closely with our Operations and Management teams to: 

• Produce detailed quotes for a wide range of electrical installation, remedial, repair and maintenance works 

• Monitor the progress of quotes and liaise with clients to achieve a high yield of instructions from quotes submitted 

• Collate and produce O&M manuals and related e-documents for completed projects 

• Monitor and produce NICEIC certificates 

• Assist in the production, monitoring and distribution of safety critical documentation including risk assessments, method statements and permits to work 

About the Candidate 

• Strong background in electrical works with wide ranging knowledge of installation and remedial works, and current regulations. 

• Excellent written communication skills 

• Ability to work to deadlines 

• Extensive experience in the use of client management portals 

• Highly skilled with full Microsoft Office Suite, Google Business Suite and experience with other document management platforms 

• Minimum of three years’ experience working as an Estimator for an Electrical Contractors 

Desirable experience 

• Experience using CLIK Service or other CRM software suite 

• Electrical design and CAD drawing experience
