Role Overview

As Site Manager / Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring the successful delivery of landscaping projects to the highest standards. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team to coordinate resources, uphold safety standards, and ensure timelines and budgets are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations across landscaping schemes

• Manage site teams and subcontractors, ensuring productivity and safety

• Maintain quality control and ensure works meet specification

• Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements

Requirements

• Experience managing hard and soft landscaping projects

• Strong site management or supervisory background

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• CSCS card and SMSTS (or equivalent qualifications) preferred

• Full UK driving licence
