About the Role

• Cost planning
• Sub-contractor procurement and management
• Ensure that projects remain profitable
• Attending design and progress meetings when required
• Agreeing variations
• Preparing and analysing costs for various contracts
• Financial management of projects
• Reporting to the Commercial Director

About the Candidate

• At least 10 years’ experience within RC Frame and Groundworks
• Degree or equivalent within quantity surveying
• Committed approach to work
• Able to work independently
• Capable of acting as the lead surveyor on contracts
