Our client a well-established and fast-growing interior fit-out contractor delivering high-end commercial, retail, and office refurbishment projects across London. Known for their attention to detail and client-focused delivery, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

Role Overview:
 Both in the office and on-site work. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of multiple fit-out projects, ensuring profitability, cost control, and contractual compliance from inception through to final account.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage project budgets, cost plans, and valuations.
• Lead subcontract procurement and negotiation processes.
• Oversee change control and variations.
• Monitor project cash flow and prepare financial reports.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, site teams, and clients.
• Manage subcontractor payments, applications, and final accounts.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role within the fit-out or refurbishment sector is essential.
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and commercial best practices.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
