About the Role

• Review tender documents
• Pricing large demolition, rc frame, structural alteration and basement projects
• Producing bill of quantities
• Prepare the handover material and liaise with design and operations teams
• Maximise profitability of work
• Liaise with Managing Director

About the Candidate

• At least 10 years’ experience in estimating
• Previous experience with specialist sub-contractors
• Show initiative and good work ethic
• Capable of working independently
• Technical mind
• Must have structural alteration experience
